'Holdfast' Art Exhibition Opening @MBAS

Seaweed as material, form, and trace—Holdfast presents a contemporary exploration of the shifting states between image and substance. Across painting, sculpture, ceramics, and bio-based materials, organic matter is reconfigured as both medium and collaborator. Join us at MBAS for the opening of this immersive exhibition, where innovative artistic practices transform natural materials into compelling works of art. Meet the artists, experience the exhibition in person, and discover a dynamic dialogue between ecology, materiality, and contemporary form.

The exhibition is free but registration is required using this form to attend the opening night - Friday 26th June from 6pm onwards!
