Hold Me Tight Workshop

This class will teach couples how to better communicate needs, resolve conflict more effectively, and improve emotional intimacy! Whether you have been married for 40+ years or are newly engaged, this workshop will provide you with ample tools and knowledge on how to further invest in and strengthen your relationship. You will learn through exercises with your partners, video demonstration with actual couples, and open discussion among group members facilitated by EFT couple's therapists. Snacks will be provided!
