In our first of our An Evening with Grace's series of workshops : We have teamed up with Monette Counseling Service to bring you the "Hold me tight" workshop!

What to expect? :
" I help couples struggling with being burnt out and overwhelmed so they can create a passion and fulfilling relationship. I teach couples simple yet effective skills to use daily, to increase communication, decrease tension and increase intimacy.
The program Hold Me Tight ®, developed by Sue Johnson, is the program I use that will help you create a solid and healthy foundation for your relationship where both of you feel heard, respected, and loved. "
We find couples struggle with how to support each other and the impact of grief and relationships. This Work shop is NOT only for grieving couples, but will touch on the topics of how grief can effect a relationship.
