HOKA Flatiron Sunday Run Club

THE RUN:

Join us every Sunday morning in April for 5K community runs through NYC. All paces welcome - and we mean it. Whether you're training for your first race or just trying to start your weekend right, there's a spot for you in this crew. We run together, at a pace that lifts you.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The Route: 5K through the Flatiron neighborhood and beyond. Scenic, energizing, and designed for all fitness levels.

THE VIBE:

Community over competition. We run as a crew - no one gets dropped, no one gets left behind. The person next to you might be running their first mile or their thousandth. Doesn't matter. We're all here to move together.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Everyone. Seriously. First-timer? We'll take care of you. Haven't run in months? Perfect time to start. Fast? Slow? Somewhere in between? Come as you are. This isn't about pace or performance . It's about showing up and being part of something bigger than a single run.

WHAT TO BRING:

Running shoes (or try demo HOKAs at the store), water bottle, comfortable running clothes, positive energy, and your friends (the more, the better!)

Cost: FREE

RSVP: Encouraged but not required (helps us plan for refreshments)

Distance: 5K (~3.1 miles)

Pace: All paces welcome
