📍 Meet at HOKA Flatiron - 172 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10010⏰ 8:30 AM sharp - We brief at 8:30, run at 8:35🏃♀️ 5K route through NYC - Scenic, safe, guided👟 All paces welcome - Walk, jog, or run - you belong here🎒 Bag drop available - Store your stuff safely at the store👕 Demo shoes - Try the latest HOKA models
WHO THIS IS FOR:
Never done a 5K? There's always a first time. Returning after time off? Perfect - this is your crew.Fast or slow doesn't matter here. We fly together, at a pace that lifts you.This isn't about competition. It's about community. It's about showing up. It's about building something together, one Sunday at a time.
THE ROUTE:We run a scenic 5K loop through Manhattan, starting and ending at HOKA Flatiron. Our route captains guide different pace groups - everyone stays together, no one gets dropped.
WHAT TO BRING: ✓ Running shoes (or try our demo shoes)✓ Weather-appropriate gear✓ Water bottle (recommended)✓ Good energy
What NOT to bring:✗ Headphones (we run together, stay present)✗ Pressure (this is about community, not PRs)
