The event will include Fai Chun (traditional red paper decorations where you can write your own New Year wishes — either yourself or with the help of a calligraphy artist), Lunar New Year snacks, Hong Kong street food, and herbal tea, a culture recognized as part of Hong Kong’s Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Alongside these New Year traditions, there will also be artworks and jewelry by local artists, traditional Hong Kong board games, a free book corner, a free plant corner and an exhibition sharing stories of Hongkongers who have relocated to cities around the world.

Free book corner --Bring a book to share if you’d like, or take a book home to enjoy. Even if you don’t bring one, you’re still welcome to pick one up.
