Many of these homes are rarely open to the public and offer curated gardens, panoramic ocean views, and design details that reflect a century of Ventura’s history.

Along the way, stop at a scenic lookout for a sneak peek of the Ventura Hills Nature Preserve, the breathtaking open space that borders the neighborhood. You’ll learn about the exciting plans for a brand-new pedestrian trailhead right in Hobson Heights — part of the conservation work led by Ventura Land Trust (VLT), the nonprofit championing the protection of Ventura’s wild and open spaces.
