About this Event
About the Workshop
Crinkling plastic, a quickened heartbeat, foggy vision, warm air...bagging is a full sensory experience for those who want to engage in this form of edge play. In this workshop, Oran Julius will review ways to engage in risk-aware consensual k!nk practices around bagging, before demonstrating use in play. Following the demo, there will be a Q&A as well as time for participants to practice under Oran's supervision.
Plastic bags will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own pulse oximeter (linked here), which can be found at any Ph*rm*cy or is also easily available online.
You'll be able to get the best experience if you come with someone you'd like to practice with. However, anyone is welcome to come solo. If you do come solo, be prepared to only listen & watch as this type of play CANNOT be done solo. We'll do our best to help facilitate pairing of folks who come alone, but we cannot guarantee anyone a match! All attendees need a ticket
**COVID Safety**
COVID-19 is still prevalent and provides risks to many folks, most significantly those with already marginalized identities (including your facilitator!).
To make this space more accessible, all attendees must provide either:
1) Proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken the day of the workshop; or
2) Wear a mask over the nose and mouth for the duration of the workshop.
Price transparency
The full fee for this workshop is $35. The full fee reflects the true costs of running the event, including supplies and compensating facilitators for their labor. If you are able to afford a full price ticket without experiencing financial hardship, please choose this option.
Those who cannot afford a full fee ticket are welcome to pay what they can on the sliding scale of $15-$30.
