About this Event

Welcome to the HMT End of Year Celebration!

Come join us for a night of celebration as we mark the end of another amazing year at HMT. The event will take place on Thursday, May 22, 2025 starting at 5:00 PM at Suffolk Punch Brewing - SouthPark.

Enjoy refreshments and socialize with other HMT supporters before a brief program at 6PM. You'll hear from Heart's leadership team as well as a special guest. Suffolk Punch is attached to South Park mall, so there is ample free parking.

Don't miss out on this fantastic event to celebrate all the hard work and achievements of the past year. We can't wait to see you there!
