The Hmong Minnesota Student Association is bringing back our Co-Ed Volleyball Tournament Fundraiser! 🏐🏆 We are inviting YOU to join us in the fun, either as a player or a supporter. 📆 DATE: Sunday, April 27th 2025
📍 LOCATION: East River Flats Park, 351 E River Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55455
⏰ TIME: Doors open at 9AM-6PM
🎟 TEAM CHECK-IN: ALL team members must be present for check-in @9:30AM
-Any team not present at check-in will be automatically disqualified and will not be refunded
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Open to the general public
- No food or drinks allowed (we'll have food & beverages available for purchase)
- Alcohol and tobacco use are strictly prohibited as this is a school event
REGISTRATION DETAILS
The registration fee must be paid in full upon completion of this form via ONLY Venmo or Paypal.
-Early-bird registration (By 4/20/25): $80 per team
-Week of tournament: $100 per team
In the case, a team can no longer participate, they must communicate their withdrawal by April 25th to receive a full refund.
PRIZES 🏆
1ST PLACE: $200
2ND PLACE: $150
3RD PLACE: $100
TEAMS:
- Only 6 people on court at all times
- 8 people MAX per team
- All players must be AT LEAST 18 years old
- Must have AT LEAST 1 woman on court at all times
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Round 1: One Set of Round-robin
Teams will play 1 set against every team in their pool (Each set is capped at first to 25 point)
Teams must switch sides once a team reach 12 points
- Win set = 1 point
- Lose = 0 points
Round 2: Bracket Play
