1) REGISTRATION
Pre-Registration Links will be available before the ball for advanced entry. Onsite Registration will also be taken onsite at the door. Registration will be required to enter the building. NO EXCEPTIONS !!

2) SAFE ZONE
This is a drug-free, substance-free, alcohol-free, violence-free event. ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL, OR WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS EVENT. IF ANY PARAPHERNALIA IS FOUND AT THE SECURTITY CHECKPOINT IT WILL BE CONFISCATED (WITHOUT RETURN) AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE VENUE ... LEAVE ALL SUBSTANCES AT HOME !! ... IF ANYTHING IS FOUND INSIDE THE EVENT IT WILL BE CONFISCATED (WITHOUT RETURN) AND YOU WILL BE EJECTED IMMEDIATELY !!

3) NO VIOLENCE
Any acts of violence or verbal altercations against another individual, staff or security will result in the immediate ejection from the event without the possibility of returning !!

4) PROPS
Absolutely no fire or dangerous props will be allowed into the venue at all. Any instances that appear to use unsafe props will be chopped immediately and removed from the building.

-The energy of global celebration reaches new heights this year as the prestigious HMI Awards Ball spotlights youth and young adults for their groundbreaking contributions to innovation and creativity within the Kiki House & Ball Scene, all while excitement for the upcoming Olympics continues to build worldwide. Together, these two events capture the spirit of excellence—one honoring the overwhelming achievements within the scene, the other uniting nations through athletic triumph—creating a powerful moment that celebrates both ballroom creativity and performance on the main stage.

GRAND PRIZE #1 - FACE - FIGURE SKATING$1,000.00 + 4 TROPHIES (STAR, STATEMENT, LEGEND, ICON)LET THE GAMES BEGIN .... Figure skaters compete at various levels from beginners up to the Olympic level (senior) at local, regional, sectional, national, and international competitions. Tonight, we are following that model and the competition will start from the bottom to the top. Stars vs Statements vs Legends vs Icons. But wait, not only is the art of figure skating about skill and precision. In today's day, THE LOOK is just as important. When thinking of the top ice skaters, their costumes and wardrobes are always top tier so yours better be as well. From the most outlandish, dazzling and jeweled male and female figure ice skater costumes, show the room why you are the complete face package.IMPORTANT TIDBITS:

• Ice Skates are not mandatory, but your footwear must compliment the overall look
• The winner from the Stars will battle the winner from the Statements. That winner will then battle the winner from the Legends. That winner will then battle the winner from the Icons.

MINI GRAND PRIZE #1 - UNIFIED AS A HOUSE - THE BOBSLED TEAM$500.00 + (5) TrophiesInspired by the 1993 hit film, Cool Runnings, the take-away was Pride and Unity. Each country that competes takes pride in it's unform's creation and style. When you stand there proudly, the world gets to see your representation. So tonight, you will represent your house with a team of (5). You will design your own house's bobsled uniform that is to be inspired by your house colors, logo and creative design. The judging criteria will be solely on the look and how unified and great your team's uniforms are.IMPORTANT TIDBITS:

• All uniforms do not have to be exactrly the same but they MUST be a cohesive look
• Props are PLUS, but not a MUST

MINI GRAND #2 – OTA RUNWAY - HORSEBACK RIDING$300.00 + (7) Trophies (FQ, WOMEN, DRAGS, EUROPEAN, ALL AMERICAN, LEGENDS,ICON)Horseback riding, known in the Olympics as an equestrian sport, is one of the few events where men and women compete on equal footing. Olympic equestrian includes three disciplines—dressage, show jumping, and eventing—each showcasing the unique partnership between rider and horse. Tonight, we are focusing on the Equestrian Look. Do your research and hit the back of the runway in a fashionable equestrian attire. We want long strides, clean posture and rich stable energy. Think riding boots, tailored pieces, leather touches, and that calm but powerful confidence of someone who controls the whole arena. Glide down that floor like you’re guiding a champion horse, even without one. Give class, control and cold elegance. You claim to have the look ... You claim to have the walk ... So will you and your horse be the Olympic winners of the night?

• We are looking for Equestrians (not horse jockeys) so do your research
• No horses allowed in the building LOL

-TEAM REALNESS - THE U.S.A. H.M.I. TEAM$200.00 (Each Team) + (10) TrophiesThe United States Embassy has enlisted Hetrcick-Martin Institute to create the new USA Team for the Winter Olympics that starts on February 6, 2026. The winners from each of the team categories below will be flown to Milan to represent the USA. Will you secure your spot on the winning team?

School Boy & School Girl- TENNIS - Serve clean lines and prep school precision. Think fresh uniform vibes with a sporty twist. Give the judges that disciplined student fantasy with the confidence of someone who never misses their shot.

Pretty Boy & Pretty Girl - GOLF - Come through smooth, soft and polished. Give rich leisure energy, calm confidence and a quiet flex. It’s country club cute but still effortlessly real. Clean, crisp and unbothered.

Thug Boy & Bangy Girl - BOXING - Step into the ring like you own it. Bring that raw street thug energy mixed with flashy show girl flair. We want to see a fighter’s stance with a performer’s presence. Hard and hood but still looking good.

Executive Boy & Corproate Girl - THE COACHES - High power, high pressure, high status. Bring corporate realness with Coach luxury influence. Sharp, structured and ready to close every deal just by walking the runway.

MF Legends & FF Legends - THE REFEREES - For the legends only. Step out calling the shots, controlling the floor, and commanding respect. Clean stripes, clear presence and a legendary aura that says you’ve been ruling this for years.

• These are all team categories. You must have one male figure and one female figure in order to qualify.
