About this Event
We're pleased to announce the sixth and final HMCTS Reform Annual Public User Event. After the successes of the last 2 virtual events – which attracted the highest number of attendees yet – the conference will be returning to an in-person format at Ministry of Justice headquarters.
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from leaders in HMCTS about the projects and services we’re working on as part of our Reform Programme, and the progress that has been made in these over the past few years. We'll also look to the future as Reform enters it's final stages.
Sessions will provide attendees with an insight into the vital work we are doing to improve the user experience through court and tribunal services. During the morning there will be presentation sessions, including plenty of times for questions. We'll also provide attendees with the chance to visit "market stalls" later on, offering information, context and engagement opportunities on a range of different services from those leading on those projects.
The agenda for the event is:
10:00 -10:30 Registration
10:30 -10:40 Welcome & opening remarks
10:45 - 11:20 Jurisdictional & cross-cutting presentations (Round 1)
11:20 - 11:35 Break
11:35 - 12:10 Jurisdictional & cross-cutting presentations (Round 2)
12:10 - 13:10 Market stalls
13:15 - 13:25 Closing remarks - Nick Goodwin (CEO, HM Courts and Tribunals Service)
