HMC is raising funds for a Community Bus to transport our multicultural seniors ensuring they can stay connected, active, and engaged in the community. For many seniors in our community, transport is more than just getting from A to B, it's about belonging, connection, and independence. With your support, we can help them stay active, engaged, and never left behind.
