Meet at Twechar Healthy Living centre, be ready to set off at 9.30amWe will cycle along the canal to Merkland Park then cycle into Kirkintilloch for a coffee/break.
This should only take around 2hrs.
If you are bringing your own bike please remember a helmet and bring puncture repair kit.
If you stay in Twechar or have an affliate with the Twechar centre you are able borrow an EBike and a helmet will be provided.
