"HIV in 2024: Progress, Problems & Prospects" is the third edition of the Life Sciences Symposium Series presented by Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research and Hood College.This latest collaborative event builds on the enduring legacy of the Hood College–National Cancer Institute Oncogene meetings, which has served as a cornerstone of the scientific community in Frederick for more than two decades.
The symposium is for students, trainees, active researchers, clinicians and those who may not presently be engaged directly in HIV research.
It will feature leading scientists and clinicians describing the current state of the art in HIV/AIDS research and clinical care, highlighting recent progress in key areas, remaining major challenges, and approaches to overcome those challenges.
