You’re invited to journey through time at Grand Hotel’s 17th annual History Weekend and learn the story behind the hotel’s iconic wooden structure built in 1887. Enjoy engaging presentations, guided tours, and special activities that highlight the people, moments, and milestones that have shaped Grand Hotel’s legacy. With brilliant fall colors, crisp island air, and a relaxed pace, autumn is one of the most enchanting times to experience Mackinac Island and Grand Hotel.
