The story of the confluence of factors that formed White Clay Creek State Park
About this Event

An army of citizen activists in the 60s created the White Clay Creek State Park and the contiguous White Clay Creek Preserve in Pennsylvania. The story of the confluence of factors that formed the parks is amazing, and little known. Jan Owens, author of the new book "History of the White Clay Creek," will speak about her research into the topic and share many images of the area. Jan will have copies of her book available for sale.
