Ready to get your hands dirty? Join us to explore active dig sites at Fort Monroe, uncover evidence, excavate artifacts and go behind the scenes at our Archaeology Lab.
Workshop 3: Wait, There's More Digging?
In this session we finish extracting artifacts from the dig site, catalogue all artifacts and begin to analyze the evidence to uncover the story of this dig site.
What We'll Do
- Finish extracting artifacts
- Learn to properly catalogue and analyse the evidence
- Develop ideas and narratives about the dig site
