The poets include Robert Watson, the founder of Oaklawn Cemetery, who compiled and contributed to the first book of poetry published in Northfield, as well as Helen Field Watson, a former Northfield High School biology teacher, and Björn Winger, a St. Olaf graduate who wrote poetry while serving in World War I.
