Have you ever wondered how musical instruments, like guitars, banjos, violins, and more are made?
If you have, you're in for at Heritage Day treat! On August 23rd at 11am, luthier Mike Mears will be giving a presentation at the Montgomery Museum on the history, design, and components of instruments that he creates. These musical instruments form the foundation basis for Appalachian music.
This presentation is free and open to the public. Come join the presentation in our Community Room and celebrate traditional music!
