This summer journey back in time to the 19th century! Hagley Museum offers two history-themed camps for young historians. During the weeks of July 14-16 and August 4-8 your child will participate in hands-on learning from 9 a.m. to 4 p.mLife Long Ago (Ages 7-9)
July 14 - 18
Campers will immerse themselves in the sights and sounds of the 19th century. For the week, they'll live an old-fashioned lifestyle with activities like cooking, gardening, and construction.
Learning the Trades (Ages 10-12)
August 4 - 8
Campers will get their hands dirty by exploring some of the gritty jobs of the 19th century. Campers will get on-the-job training for positions like farmers, coopers, and stone masons.
