About this Event
It's time to party! Historical Mead Day is the first Saturday in August and we're hosting a mead feast for the ages (National Mead Day is a separate holiday in October now).
Let's celebrate this ancient elixir that has been produced and drank by almost every culture in the history of civilization!
Your Mead Feast ticket includes:
- Lunch feast plate with large roasted turkey leg, bread and two sides
- Full mead flight including six different meads
- Extra 2 oz pour of Monomania, our new Absinthe-inspired mead being released that day
The lunch feast starts at noon and goes until 4 pm, though you're welcome to stay later and keep the party going.
Show up in costume dressed as your favorite historical figure or time period and get 30% off bottles and pours of Monomania. Can be a Viking or any other time period; whatever your heritage, chances are your ancestors made and drank mead!
