Join the City of Greenville Community & Development Services Planning Division for a hands-on Historic Window Preservation & Restoration Workshop on Saturday, July 11, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
We will meet in the Multipurpose Room at the Eppes Recreation Center (400 Nash Street).
This workshop features award-winning preservation specialist David Hoggard, who brings decades of hands-on experience helping communities and homeowners protect historic character through expert restoration and rehabilitation.
What you will learn:
-Historic window anatomy and terminology
-Common deterioration issues and causes
-Hands-on repair techniques and best practices
-When to repair versus replace
-Energy efficiency, sustainability, and long-term value
Cost: Free and open to the public!
