Since 1973, the Historic Pullman Foundation and the Pullman Civic Organization have co‑sponsored this annual tour, making it one of Chicago’s oldest continuously running self‑guided house tours.
Each year, different homes are selected to showcase the diversity of housing built as part of Pullman’s original vision.
Pullman is designated as:
- A City of Chicago Landmark
- An Illinois State Landmark
- A U.S. Department of the Interior Landmark
- A National Monument (2015)
- A National Historical Park (2022)

- Discounted Advance Tickets: $21 (includes small processing fee)
- Available through Eventbrite if purchased on or before Thursday, October 8
- Tickets are non‑refundable
- Advance purchase helps you save time on tour day
- Saturday tickets can also be used on Sunday, no need to change anything.
