Join us as we close out another busy year for Historic Old Town with a chili feed!
Guests Are Asked To Bring As They Are Able:
•Chili Offerings (Traditional or Non-Traditional)
•Toppings: Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, Green Onions, Cilantro, Corn Chips
•Dipping Bread or Sweet Rolls
•Canned drinks
Agenda Will Include:
•Informational on an opportunity to train neighborhood volunteers on low-reactive communication/negotiation with municipalities.
•Information on strategic planning options outside of the neighborhood plan.
•Installing our new Citizen Advisory Council representative for 2026 and nominations for 2026 HOTNIA Leadership team.
•Next steps for DREAMS 1 Housing Rehab Funds and Application (2026).
As always, we invite attendees to come and go as their time allows. A voting quorum of 3 residents will be necessary for actions.
