Historic Downtown McKinney Public Art Walking Tour

Jump Into Art Studios, in conjunction with Visit McKinney, offers free walking tours of downtown's public art including murals, sculptures, and more. The tour guides are local artists, and each stop comes with the story behind the piece and the person who made it. Tours start at the Visitor Center at 200 W. Virginia St. Be sure to bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes.
At Jump Into Art Studios, creativity comes alive in a welcoming, hands-on environment for kids and adults alike with expertise that makes each stop an invitation to engage with the art rather than just look at it.
Can't make a guided date? The self-guided "Murals of McKinney" tour lives in the McKinney TX! app: open Tours on the home screen, find the trail, and tap listen at each stop for the history of the mural.
