Phineas Paist (1873-1937) was the supervising architect for the Coral Gables Corporation. His buildings include City Hall, the Venetian Pool, the Colonnade Building, and the San Sebastian Apartment Hotel. His work is part of the glue that holds the image of Coral Gables together.
