Free bilingual English-Spanish Classes!
Sponsored by the USDA Forest Service through the Nevada Division of Forestry in partnership with University of Nevada Extension.
These classes are designed to empower new and seasoned workers. Visuals and hands-on presentations offer solutions to common problems...from the soil up, and from the top of the tree down.
All classes will be taught at the University of Nevada Extension Classrooms B & C, located at: 8050 Paradise Road, Suite 100 - Las Vegas, NV 89123-1904

Pruning presentation with a walkthrough of the University of Nevada Extension property and plants. Learn about nursery selection, use of hedge trimmers, paying attention to details and safety tips.
Planting and Watering 5:30-8:30 PMWednesday, September 22
Learn about planting techniques, irrigation placement, root pruning, and simple staking.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion for each class.
These sessions are open to any private, public employer and the public at NO CHARGE!
CEU's (Continuing Education Units) have been approved for these classes.
