Free Seminars / Events / Consultations:
If for any reason you need to cancel, we kindly request notification. This will allow us to open the seat up to someone else if needed and will also help reduce waste of printed material.
Seminars and services with fees:
Less than 48 Hours: A refund will NOT be given if the customer cancels within 48 hours of the seminar/workshop.
More than 48 hours: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the seminar/workshop will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was made, less a $10 administration fee.
You are permitted to change the name on the registration for someone else to attend.
Events and Seminars that include food:
A full refund will be provided with advance notice of 72 hours. This is the time required by our caterers or the venue for all food purchases. No credit or refund will be provided to cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled activity. You are permitted to change the name on the registration for someone else to attend.
