Hiring more inclusively: Neurodiversity in the hospitality industry

This event is for decision makers and hiring managers in the hospitality industry, who are looking into becoming more inclusive, diversifying their work force and supporting a charity revolutionising the hospitality industry.

At Fair Shot, we train young adults with learning disabilities through a one-year Supported Internship Programme in our cafe. After completing their training, we support our graduates to access paid, tailored and sustainable roles across hospitality by partnering with forward thinking employers across London.

This event is an opportunity to:

• Hear from our graduates, who will share their experience of working in hospitality,
• Understand the support we offer employers who give our graduates a Fair Shot
