Do you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team? If so, Island H2O Water Park has immediate openings in our lifeguard department, and we want you to come and join our team! The Season Begins on March 5th, 2026. We will be hosting a job fair on February 4th from 3pm until 7pm to fill these rolls! Please come water ready and bring a towel and a change of clothes.
Parking & Check-In Instructions:
Park in the guest parking lot across the street from the park
Walk to the black gated door located directly in front of Wawa
Continue to the orange building and check in there for the swim test

Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Be in good physical condition.
All lifeguard applicants must successfully complete our Ellis and Associates Lifeguard Training Program. First Aid and CPR training is provided during the lifeguard training class.
Must pass a prerequisite swim test that includes the following:
Swim 200 yards continuously using an approach stroke (breaststroke or front crawl)
Retrieve a 5lb brick from the deepest part of the pool (6 feet)
Tread water without the use of their hands for 2 minutes
