About this Event

Positions: Shifts vary 8 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Registered Nurse (RN)

New grads are accepted!

Requirements:

Valid New York State CNA, LPN or RN License

Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

What to Bring:

Valid Photo ID

Social Security Card

Resume

Two reference letters

Physical examination (must be within the last year)

Two step PPD OR Quantiferon lab reports (must be within the last year)

Proof of MMR vaccination (two doses) OR MMR Titers lab reports

COVID-19 vaccine record (Two doses for Pfizer and Moderna. One dose for Janssen)

Voided check or direct deposit enrollment form
