The hips are often referred to as the “seat of emotion” — they hold onto stress, past experiences, and emotional patterns. By focusing on hip release, Hipnotic Movement allows you to gently and safely release these blockages, leading to greater emotional balance, improved physical flexibility, and a deeper connection to your body’s wisdom.
This practice is for all levels, and there is no right or wrong way to move. It’s about tuning in, honoring your own pace, and allowing yourself to flow freely.
Come with an open heart and a willingness to explore your body’s unique expression. Together, we’ll move through the rhythm of the hips and awaken a new sense of freedom.

We will use the power of your breath and movement to connect our mind, body and spirit into an ecstatic state.
During this Breathwork, you may experience quantum leaps and activate DMT (the spiritual molecule). This can get you into a state of self-hypnosis in which we will contact your subconscious mind to awaken your inner wisdom.
It is a safe and healthy way to take advantage of our physiology to change the conditions of the past, releasing trapped emotions, outdated patterns, and impressions that no longer serve you. This can lead to transforming Sexual energy into spiritual energy to allow healing and the awakening of consciousness.�

For five years, I have lived in surrender to my heart and intuition.

I managed to brainhack my ADHD with breathwork, art and somatic movement therapy. I'm a passionate space holder for these healing modalities everyone has access to - within their magical selves.

After cutting ties with my job while on vacation in Mexico, I´ve been living a nomadic lifestyle, practicing the attitude of gratitude, with openness and compassion for myself and others.
For this event, I will use my dance experience, and combine it with an intuitive approach to movement. I want us to reconnect with our bodies and invite us to do so through focusing on releasing tension, cultivating fluidity, especially in the hips.
