WHAT IS HIP HOP CARDIO?
We take the "work" out of workout! By mixing the addictive music and dance cultures of Hip-Hop, Disco, Funk, Pop, Dancehall, Latin and more, with low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once those amazing beats take over, you'll see why Hip Hop Cardio classes are often called exercise in disguise.
The perfect workout for everybody and every body. Each Hip Hop Cardio class is designed to bring people together to sweat, be free, and dance! A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of fierceness each time you leave class. Not to mention the great dance moves and body awareness you accrue over time!

TO ACCESS CLASS
1. Pre-register above for any classes you wish you to take. You will be able to choose one or more weekly sessions in the Zoom registration process.
2. Once you register, watch for an email from Zoom with the link. (Check your junk folder if you did not receive it.)

3. If you choose to send via Venmo or Cash App, be sure to include your email so we can send you the class link
4. Please join 10-15 minutes before the class start time in case of any technical problems.
