Join us on Zoom Saturday August 20th for Hip Hip Hooray Pelvic Care Workshop to explore the connection between breath movement anatomy and our sense of wellbeing. Learn strategies to incorporate right away into your own daily practice.


How will this help me?

In this session, you will explore movement & breath practices that you can incorporate into your everyday routine to release tension & create connection across your mind, body, spirit triad. It's life changing - promise!


What will we do?

Together, we will investigate how our pelvic floor, vagus nerve, diaphragm, lungs, hips, psoas and even our jaw bone are a beautiful system, designed to keep us in living in inner harmony.


Then, we will have a 50 minute  gentle floor yoga class that will open our hips, invite our breath and release our psoas muscles. Take these movements home with you and try them regularly!

You! Anyone curious about our improving the mind, body, spirit connection and wellbeing through breath, movement and anatomy.
