Himmeli Holiday Mobile Class

Himmeli are popular holiday and birthday mobiles traditionally made of straw reeds in Finland and the Baltics. Learn about the history of this fascinating craft while you make your own to take home and display.

I will show you how to make the traditional design in the event photo as well as some other shapes that you can use as ornaments.

There will be paintable paper and plastic straws to learn with, and traditional reeds for the adventurous! All materials will be provided. Beginner friendly. Appropriate for teens and adults.
