Join us for a relaxing yoga flow and an immersive sound bath hosted by Vets and Pets Yoga, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community. Experience tranquility in a serene Himalayan Salt Room.

Mats and blankets provided. Please bring any additional bolsters, blankets or cushions to enhance your experience.
This class welcomes all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis, and provides a holistic approach to wellness. We will provide a gentle yoga flow INSIDE the salt room with cushions provided however the space is surrounded by sand for grounding so please be prepared. Then we will transition into a mellow sound healing designed to bring you back to a zen state.
All proceeds will support Vets and Pets Yoga and their missions to help pair emotional support animals with veterans. Don’t miss this chance to connect, unwind, and support a meaningful cause!
