Specimen tree planting event in Hillsborough Park

Location: Hillsborough Park, meet between the pond and the cafe on main path.

Come join SCC Community Forestry for a fun-filled morning of tree planting in Hillsborough Park. We will be planting specimen standard lime trees to create a new avenue along one of the main paths. This event is a great way to give back to the community and help improve the usuablitlity and biodiversity of the park. No green fingers required - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to get your hands dirty! Let's work together to make our park even more beautiful and environmentally friendly. See you there!

All tools, gloves and guidance will be provided, but please come in clothes you don't mind getting muddy! The event is suitable for all ages, however please note that under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
