This is definitely set to be an AMAZING night of Hillbilly Roots, Hill Country and Old Time Blues combining these 2 incredible Award Winning Touring Artists for 1 night only - and it's FREEEEEEEE!!!The Hillbilly Goats are no strangers to FNQ after cutting their teeth in the Far Northern Festival scene before heading down south to further their Award Winning Show focused on the evolution of Old Time Appalachian Mountain Music. 4 Golden Guitar Nominations, a Golden Fiddle Award and crowned Australian Folk Band of the Year in the 2022 Australian Folk Alliance Awards, the Goats put on a High Energy show brimming with entertainment!
Julian James has been around Melbourne’s live music scene since before he was allowed to drink in bars. He's released four well-received albums to date, and a 2020 Chain award, all of which he’s road tested at some of the countries biggest festivals.
Combined, these 2 acts present a night of incredible vocals, harmonies, banjo, fiddle, double bass, bones, wailing harmonica and finger picking blues to transport you to the back hills of Moonshine Country!
