Hillary's Book Launch: THE WELL IS DEEP

Join Hillary for an in-person book launch party celebrating the publication of her book, The Well is Deep: COVID Through a Chaplain's Eyes. Hillary's memoir was born from a desire to share and process her experience working as a critical care chaplain during the pandemic and evolved into a book she hopes will help others process and heal from their own pandemic experiences.

The evening will feature a talk from the author, opportunities for interactive discussion, book sales and signing, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the setting of Vermillion Art Gallery and Bar.

Due to the venue, attendees must be over 21. Purchasing drinks is not required. A wide variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available for guests to purchase at the bar, and free snacks and finger foods will be provided!

SCHEDULE

6:30-7pm: Snacks and Conversation (unstructured time to settle in with a drink and snacks, enjoy the art gallery, and mingle!)

7:00-7:45pm: Presentation by the Author (The book part of the book launch party! Hillary's presentation will also include breaks for interactive conversations to explore discussion questions from the book)

7:45-8:30pm: Book Signing (unstructured time to buy your book and get it signed, enjoy more snacks and beverages, continue conversations, and explore the gallery)

8:30pm: Clean up! We have to be out by 9pm, so any friends who can stick around to help tidy up will be welcome!
