HILDEGARD V. BINGEN: Is The World Too Much With You?

A Seven Month Class Series on the many healing aspects of Hildegard von Bingen by Barbara Stiffler.

Classes are on each first Wednesday of the month: April 1 - October 7 @ 5:00 - 6:30PM

2. Aging - Blooming with time
3. Health - Thriving not surviving
4. Polymath - Strategy for success
5. Celebration & Joy - Energy to move forward
6. Creativity - Being a mirror to the world
7. Nature - Immersing yourself in "greening power"

This is for men and women who feel stressed, feeling worn out & tired, maybe even despairing of what's happening in the world and who are looking for a fresh approach.

• Integrate what we have learned since then
• Enjoy lively activities and discussions
• Learn easy and practical tips to take home
• Make new connections
• Be part of a special community

MEET YOUR TEACHER**: Barbara Stiffler** has been studying and giving classes on Hildegard of Bingen for more than 30 years. Because Hildegard was a woman of many facets, interests and accomplishments, it has been easy to tailor each class – her gardens to gardeners, ideas on health to healers, her music to musicians and music-lovers. That’s not even the whole list. She says: "I would love to introduce you to Hildegard, please join us."

Iris, certified in Sound Healing (2019) is best known for her elaborate monthly Sound Baths at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, VA (every 3rd Sunday of the month) since 2023. She and her husband Calvin opened a beautiful Sound Studio on their land and offer a Labyrinth and other bio geometry features for you to enjoy before or after class.
