Hildaland Duo -Louise Bichan and Ethan Setiawan- NE Portland House Show

The Maine-based fiddle and mandolin duo of Louise Bichan and Ethan Setiawan, Hildaland , will perform a house concert in Northeast Portland, Wednesday, September 25th at 7pm. Fiddler Louise Bichan, from the Orkney islands in Scotland, and mandolinist Ethan Setiawan from Indiana, together form a collaboration steeped in the traditions of their respective sides of the Atlantic. The musical journey goes through Scottish, oldtime, and Swedish inspired music intertwined with contemporary compositions. Doors open at 6pm for seat selecting, snacking, drinking, and merriment. Show is at 7pm. People are welcome to bring wine or snacks to share, but obligation. For questions:
