Hiking the ADHD - Adult Guided Walk

Join us to connect with nature and meet other ADHDers :)

Strictly 18+ please.

This is a 15.1-km loop trail near Howth, County Dublin. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 4 hours to complete (half distance is an option). This is a very popular area for birding, fishing, and hiking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Walkers should bring:

Please wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers.

A backpack should include a rain jacket, lunch and plenty of water. We have ordered beautiful weather :)

The meeting point location and facilitator contact details will be included in your order confirmation and email reminders closer to the date.

Please, be aware that any in-person group will be cancelled if there is only one attendee.
