About this Event
Ready to strengthen your immune system and challenge your mental resilience?
Join us for a Mindful Warriors Hike & Ice bath at Schliersee, where movement, breath, nature, and cold exposure come together in one powerful experience.
We’ll guide you through Wim Hof-style breathwork, and a mindful ice bath, surrounded by the beauty of the Bavarian Alps. Whether you’ve done ice bathing before or you’re trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome in our supportive and friendly atmosphere.
After the Ice Bat we'll warm ourselves up with tea and we'll start the Hike around Schliersee mountains. Here is the exact link to Komoot: Hike around Schliersee
What to Expect:
🧘 Breathwork
We begin with focused breathing to calm the mind, ground the body, and prepare you for the cold. This improves oxygen flow, mental clarity, and your ability to stay present during the ice bath.
🧊 Guided Ice Bath at Schliersee
Step into the refreshing water with intention and awareness.
We guide you safely through the process, helping you awaken resilience, inner strength, and confidence.
☕ Tea Time
We warm up with hot tea and take a moment to share the experience.
🥾 Hike around Schliersee
After the ice bath, we’ll continue with a scenic hike around Schliersee (Komoot link).
A relaxed pace, beautiful views, and time to connect with nature and the group. The hike will take around 3:30-4 hours, 490m elevation, moderate level.
Optional:
You can also join only the ice bath or only the hike.
Also, there is a wellness center next to Schliersee so if you want, you can visit the sauna there.

What to Bring
- Warm clothes for before & after the ice bath (jacket, hat, gloves, etc.)
- Swimsuit (ideally already worn under clothes)
- Towel
- Flip-flops (optional but comfortable)
- Good hiking shoes
- Water
- Warm drink (tea, coffee, etc.)
- Sauna items if you plan to join the optional sauna afterwards
- And of course — a good mood :)
