Hike Your Way Through Spring Break - With Girl Scouts!

Join Girl Scouts for an exciting series of hikes guided by experts from City of Flagstaff PROSE. This three-day event invites girls to explore natural spaces around Flagstaff while learning and making friends along the way. Girls are invited to join at whatever their capacity is, whether that be one, two, or all three days. On day 1 we will meet at Buffalo Park and learn about first aid, making our own first aid kits. On day 2 we will hike through Picture Canyon, learning about and acting as archaeologists. On day 3 we will learn about wilderness survival and build mini shelters as we explore Observatory Mesa. For each day that girls participate they will earn a different patch, girls who join in for all three days will earn the Trail Adventure badge! This event is open to members and non-members. Girl Scouts are encouraged to bring a non-member friend, spread the Girl Scout joy!

Important: All girls k-12 are welcome, but please keep in mind that girls must be able to complete a 2–3-mile hike each day they register for. Girls are expected to be accompanied by an adult, required ratio of one adult per every four girls.
