Parents! Join us for a relaxing hike to the falls followed by a restorative, trail-side yoga session. This is a chance to take time for yourself and connect with other parents. All who attend must sign up and fill out a waiver. Register here:

We will provide snacks & lunch. Prize giveaways for those who attend. Let us know if you need to borrow a yoga mat.
Park at the trailhead and look for our group leaders in shirts with our Autism Outdoors Utah logo. Let us know if you’d like to carpool.
