High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Join us on October 30 at Edgewater Park for a (spooky) outdoor HIIT class! Class will run from 5:30-6:15PM.
DETAILS:
✖️Please bring a yoga mat. No other equipment is required
✖️There will be high impact movements, so shoes are recommended
✖️Class will be held in the grass
✖️Classes are open to all & payment is not required, however donations are always appreciated! (suggestion is minimum $5)
✖️We ask that you register in advance so we have a headcount
✖️Email will be sent night before with more specific details, directions, etc.
Bring a friend, a mat, & some good vibes!
