Join us for an epic evening of high-energy, high-intensity fun at Harwood Park! Cowboys Fit trainers are bringing the heat with a 45-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) session that will have you sweating, smiling, and feeling like a total champ! 💪 After you crush the workout, hang out for a post-class social with our wellness vendors, meet like-minded fitness fans, and soak in the sunset vibes. 🌅

Check-in starts at 6:30 PM, so grab your spot early and get ready to sweat it out! The workout kicks off at 7 PM sharp, followed by a cool-down session with our vendors and fellow HIIT warriors.

🚗 Easy parking! Free street parking after 6 PM, or head to the garage at Jackson and Harwood St. Don’t forget your mat, water, and a light layer for the cooler evening air.
