Start with an energizing HIIT class led by Aim to Get Fit, designed for all fitness levels. This full-body workout will help build strength, improve endurance, boost energy, and leave you feeling accomplished.
Then stay for a Stretch & Sound Healing Session hosted by Beyond Aesthetics. We'll slow things down with gentle stretching followed by a restorative sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote relaxation and recovery.
