About this Event
The topic for this month's hypertension event is 'HEALTHY HEARTS, HEALTHY FAMILIES'
You're invited to our 3rd Hight Health Hypertension program health event featuring a special live group fitness session led by fitness guru Shamya White of Inspired Fury! This month will also feature pediatric services and well-child visits from CareSource and Kids' Doc On Wheels! WE REPEAT, Pediatricians will be on site (we recommend registering your children in advance to ensure they can be seen)!
Not only will you learn simple exercises that will keep you healthy but we will have on-site resources for everyone from kids (18 & under) to seniors (65 and older)!

What is the Hight Health Hypertension program?
The Hight Health Atlanta Hypertension Initiative is a blood pressure self-monitoring program for individuals 55 and older that aims to engage, educate, and guide toward better blood pressure self-management. This 3-month program is free to participate and is open to those living in metro Atlanta.
Bring the kids and the family to our 3rd Hight Health Hypertension program health event featuring a live group fitness session with fitness guru Shamya White of Inspired Fury!! If you have hypertension, enroll in the Hight Health Hypertension Program for blood pressure management on-site!
Whether you enroll in the program or not, you can attend this event and learn how to improve your blood pressure and overall health!
